Frank Seidelmann, D.O. American Board of Radiology, Board Certified, Certificate of Added Qualifications in Neuroradiology, Clinical Professor of Radiology, Ohio University. Peter D. Franklin, M.D. Based in Boston, MA, Dr. Peter Franklin has established himself as one of the country’s leaders in teleradiology, having provided the service since its infancy in 1994. Prior to developing a teleradiology service, Dr. Franklin served as Chief of Body and Musculoskeletal CT and MRI at Boston University Medical Center and Director of Musculoskeletal and Body Imaging at Somerset Diagnostic Centers. There he created the first CME course that combined orthopedic and radiology faculty for the purpose of teaching both specialties to interpret musculoskeletal MRI examinations. He has promoted this unique philosophy of a combined approach and a close working relationship between orthopedic surgeons and radiologists to elevate the level of diagnostic excellence and improve patient care. This model is now the standard in sports medicine MRI courses. Dr. Franklin provides interpretations to the physicians that care for the NFL’s San Diego Chargers and Chicago Bears, as well as many other elite athletes and hundreds of orthopedic surgeons. |

John A. Kustan, M.D. Prior to joining the Franklin & Seidelmann practice, Dr. Kustan provided MRI interpretations for MLB’s Boston Red Sox Dr. Kustan has a particular interest in orthopedics and sports medicine MRI and brings 19 years of musculoskeletal MRI expertise to the practice. He participated in a Cross-Sectional Imaging/Orthopedic MRI fellowship at the Boston Medical Center before providing MRI interpretations to New England MRI and several HealthSouth outpatient centers in the Boston area. |

Linda K. Lewis, M.D. Based in San Diego, CA, Dr. Linda Lewis has extensive experience in radiology with subspecialty experience in Neuroradiology and MRI. Prior to joining our practice, Dr. Lewis was Clinical Medical Director at North County Imaging Center in Oceanside, CA. Her vast experience in Neurological MRI and Diagnostic Radiology has included Medical Director of Intercommunity Radiology and Angiography for 11 years, as well as work with numerous other outpatient facilities. Dr. Lewis has particular interest and expertise in intracranial and spine MRI. She feels it is important to keep the lines of communication readily open between clinicians and radiologists to provide the best patient service. |

Robert J. Rabiea, M.D. Dr. Rabiea has extensive Musculoskeletal MRI experience and great enthusiasm for his work. Prior to joining our practice, Dr. Rabiea served as Director of Musculoskeletal Imaging at Advanced Medical Imaging, an outpatient MRI center located in upstate New York, where he diagnosed a wide variety of sports related injuries. He also gained considerable experience while serving as a radiologist at St. Luke’s Hospital and Cornwall Hospital, also in upstate New York. Dr. Rabiea has particular interest in orthopedics and sports medicine and was drawn to radiology by a fondness for anatomical detail and the definitive nature of MRI. He particularly enjoys reviewing cases with referring physicians. |

Anthony Stauffer, M.D. Anthony Stauffer, M.D. received his fellowship training in CT and Neuroradiology at Massachusetts General Hospital and is one of Franklin & Seidelmann’s experts in MRI. Prior to joining Franklin and Seidelmann he served as the Director of MRI at Mission Regional Imaging Center and is well known to many of the orthopedic and neurosurgeons in Southern California. His most recent lectures and interests have been in applications of higher field open MRI and 3-dimensional imaging. Dr. Stauffer has also been actively involved in teaching orthopedic fellows. Dr. Stauffer has strong interest and experience in vascular and orthopedic imaging, particularly using higher-field open MRI. He has served as a member of the medical advisory board for a nationally recognized 3-D imaging company, keeping up to date on the newest techniques in these exciting and emerging areas of radiology. |

Dennis M. Wilcox, M.D. Dr. Wilcox is a Musculoskeletal Specialist who serves as Clinical Assistant Professor and previously served as Section Head of Musculoskeletal Radiology at the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Medicine. He has been the primary provider of MRI interpretations for the NFL’s Kansas City Chiefs and MLB’s Kansas City Royals through his appointment at the Kansas City Orthopaedic Institute. Dr. Wilcox participated in a Musculoskeletal Radiology fellowship at the University of California, San Diego, under the direction of Dr. Donald Resnick. He has particular interest in orthopedic and sports medicine and has 20 years of experience interpreting MR images. |
